Varla Eagle One Pro Range

The Eagle One Pro is an upgraded version of the top-selling two-wheeler model, The Eagle One. Varla Eagle One Pro Range.  Although the style has remained the same, The Eagle One Pro is more efficient, more powerful and comes with a bigger battery pack.

Varla Eagle One Pro Range

You know what you learned about Varla’s Eagle One and toss it out the window. Varla’s new Varla Eagle One Pro is here, and it is nothing like the one it replaced. It’s not only about the larger 52% battery, though that has some connection to it. More on that to come.

The Eagle One Pro is Varla’s first monster scooter and it appears there will be a lot of flagship high-performance scooters this season. This is a reference to Segway’s GT Series and the brand new Apollo Pro.

Varla’s Eagle One Pro sits on the fence as a light heavyweight scooter with specs borrowed of beast-scooters. It is heavier than resident light weights Apollo Phantom, Vsett 10+ along with the Kaabo Mantis Pro, which weighs 79lbs. It also features 11 inches road tires, which is typical of beast scooters such as Storm and Wolf King GT. Storm or Wolf King GT.

It’s a great scooter. Varla Eagle One Pro scooter is also amazing with a way over the norm top speed per dollar, a remarkable range per pound, and great braking per dollar. That’s not even the best feature. This off-road scooter costs about $640 less than the most comparable beasts, Segways GT1 and the Wolf Warrior 11. Varla Eagle One Pro Range.

Thanks to the large tires-something that you’re always hoping to hear-the scooter has great ground clearance at over 36 inches. They’re also excellent for traction, but could be better. The suspension is stiff and bouncy for city trails. However, the stiffness comes in handy when traveling off-road. You might not like the short deck or its uncomfortable kickplate, especially when riding off-road.

Acceleration

It is the Varla Eagle Pro’s speed does not match that of light heavyweight scooters-it is so much better. Varla Eagle One Pro Range. It’s tested with an acceleration of 2.1 seconds up to 15 mmh mark. This is the performance expected of veteran heavyweight scooters such as the Wolf Warrior 11 at 1.9 seconds, Dualtron Thunder at 2.0 seconds, along with the Dualtron Thunder II at 2.2 seconds. It is the Varla Eagle Pro’s only competition in the light-heavyweight category is that of the Vsett 10+ with a 1.9 seconds of acceleration up from 15 to mph.

The Eagle One Pro uses the same throttle as the NAMI and Wolf King GT, which implies that it also shares similar dead zones. It is possible to locate an angle to secure your thumb in order to ensure stability and provide it an anchor point when engaged.

Top Speed

We are awestruck by the Varla Eagle Pro’s top speed, especially for the price. The scooter boasts a whopping forty mph top speed, which is much higher than the normal when contrasted with other scooters that are in the same price bracket. The higher-priced Kaabo Mantis Pro only hits 37 mph top speed, while the Inokim OXO, still at the higher cost is only able to reach 36 mmh.

However it also faces competition from lower-priced models, such as that of the Wolf Warrior X Pro which manages a top speed of 43 mph, while the similar priced Vsett 10+ reaches 43,5 mph.

In terms of weight it is a scooter stands in its weight class and is in a league of its own and only can be compared to the original Dualtron Thunder.

Hill Climb

The Varla Eagle Pro electronic scooter is impressive for a lot of things, and hill-climbing is definitely one of them. The electric scooter will go up the hills without losing energy, and it isn’t slowing down with heavy riders or in low battery conditions. When we conducted our 60-meter hill test at a 10% gradient it was found that the scooter was able to maintain an average speed of 17 mph (and over) until around 10% charge. Varla Eagle One Pro Range.

The company attributes the impressive hill climbing to the robust dual motors that are rated at 1000W each with a maximum power of 2600W. Varla claims that the motors deliver the equivalent of 36 Nm of torque, enough to propel the scooter up gradients of up to 35deg.

Range

Nothing beats the good miles on an electric scooter, and it’s true that the Varla Eagle One Pro scooter offers a decent 58 km of range tested. Interestingly, the only scooter within $400 from its Eagle One Pro that can beat it on the range is the Wolf Warrior X Pro, with a tested range to 41 miles. It beat out other scooters that cost more, e.g., the Kaabo Mantis Pro with a 33 mile distance, Dualtron Eagle Pro at 32 miles along with the Vsett 10+ with 33 miles.

The battery behind the range lies a high capacity battery of 60V 24 Ah with 1440 Wh of energy. It’s bigger and more efficient with 21700 cells in the battery. This is an improvement from the predecessor, called it was the Eagle One, whose battery was classified at 946 wh, and had only 18650 lithium cells. Both batteries are equipped with smart battery management systems to ensure that the battery’s life is not compromised. Charge the battery up to capacity can take between 8 and 9 hours, but you can secure an additional charger to reduce charging time to four to five hours.

Braking

Let’s face it, we would prefer that all scooters came with hydraulic brakes. However, that doesn’t mean electric scooters that have cable brakes aren’t dangerous or unreliable when they need to stop. Absolutely not. In fact, the cable brakes plus EABS of the Varla Eagle Pro offer tested braking force that is truly remarkable and simple to set up. Varla Eagle One Pro Range.

The e-scooter can stop in only 3 meters from an approximate speed that is 15 mph. This performance is in line with that of Vsett 10+. Vsett 10+. The Varla Eagle Pro’s stopping power outdoes Kaabo Wolf King, the Kaabo Wolf King, Kaabo Wolf Warrior X Pro, NAMI Burn-E, as well as Nami BURN-E2.

You may not enjoy squeezing the cable-actuated levers on the Varla Eagle Pro as you would on an electric scooter with hydraulic brakes, however, the Pro’s mechanical disc brakes don’t leave much in the dust when it comes to performance.

The EABS stops your brakes from locking up. They can be adjusted using the P-settings on the display. They can be adjusted between 0 and 2, where 0 is on the weak setting and 2 refers to a strong setting.

Ride Quality

Its ride is good, but it’s not great. The caveat they never discuss when promoting all-terrain e-scooters is that they are primarily focused on off-roading features.

The tubeless pneumatic road tires are ideal for comfort, especially when traveling offroad. The tubeless nature of these tires is ideal for avoiding pinch flats that are caused by rocks. But, if you’re using the scooter to ride primarily off urban tracks, you’re better off changing to self-sealing, tubeless knobby tires. These would automatically double the traction of your scooter, maintain your comfort, and decrease maintenance. Additionally, due to the tires and 17 centimeter ground clearance obstacles on the track will not cause damage to the deck beneath.

The suspension feels rigid. It’s a bit stiff. Varla Eagle Pro could have been better off with adjustable shocks or adapting the spring to less spring force. The stiff suspension works well when taking on large bumps, and stops the scooter from falling off. If the track is well maintained the suspension can feel a little too bouncy for comfort.

The Eagle Pro also comes with an inbuilt steering damper. When driving at high speeds and straight tracks, riders will enjoy excellent stability. At top speed, the stability isn’t as good as that from dual-stem beasts such as the Wolf King GT but rather is more like the Dualtron Thunder or Nami Burn equipped with a steering damper. The downside is that the damper for steering also makes it so that drivers need to exert more force on the handlebars when making turns.

The deck is yet another area to be concerned about. It’s too narrow, and with this shortage of usable deck real estate, riders are constantly forced to rest their back feet on the footrest, which isn’t ergonomically designed. The only bright side to this model is that Varla Eagle Pro makes up for the sloppy stance by providing an excellently laid-out and comfortable cockpit that is easy to use. It is designed for comfort and ease of use. Its controls have been also ergonomically designed to complement the clear, large 9 centimeter display.

Overall, between the hefty feel of the steering as well as the sporty riding posture and the rumbling acceleration, the Eagle One Pro is exhilarating to ride, but it can also be a bit of workout when you’re riding hard.
