Varla Eagle One Pro E Scooter

You know what you learned about Varla’s Eagle One and toss it out the window. The Varla Eagle One Pro comes here and isn’t like its predecessor. It’s not only about the 52% larger battery, although that could have something to do with it–more on that later.

The Eagle One Pro is Varla’s first beast scooter and it appears there will be a lot of top-quality high-performance scooters this year. This is in reference to Segway’s GT Series and the brand new Apollo Pro.

Varla’s Eagle One Pro sits on the edge of being a light heavyweight scooter that borrows its specs from beast scooters. It surpasses the weight of its light heavyweights Apollo Phantom, Vsett 10+ and Kaabo Mantis Pro, which weighs 79 pounds. It also features 11 inches road tires that are typical of beast scooters like the Storm and Wolf King GT.

It’s a great scooter. Varla Eagle One Pro scooter is also amazing with a way above average top speed per dollar, a remarkable range per pound, and excellent braking per dollar. This isn’t even the most impressive aspect. This off-road scooter is priced at about $640 less than the closest competing beasts, Segways GT1 and the Wolf Warrior 11. Varla Eagle One Pro E Scooter.

Thanks to the large tires-something you’ve always wanted to hear-the scooter offers a great ground clearance, with a total of 36 inches. They are also good for traction, but could be better. The suspension feels stiff and bouncy for city trails, but the stiffness comes in handy when traveling off-road. However, you may not be a fan of the shorter deck or the uncomfortable kickplate, especially when riding off-road.

Acceleration

The Varla Eagle Pro’s acceleration isn’t typical of light heavyweight scooters-it is so much better. Varla Eagle One Pro E Scooter. It is tested to have an speed of 2.1 seconds up to 15 mmh mark. This is the speed that’s typical of heavyweights from the past like the Wolf Warrior 11 at 1.9 seconds, Dualtron Thunder at 2.0 seconds, along with Dualtron Thunder II at 2.2 seconds. Dualtron Thunder II at 2.2 seconds. It is the Varla Eagle Pro’s only rival in the light heavyweight class includes Vsett 10+. Vsett 10+ with a 1.9 seconds of acceleration, accelerating between 15 and 15 mph.

Eagle One Pro Eagle One Pro uses the same throttle as the NAMI and Wolf King GT, which means that it also has the same dead zone. You might want to find an angle to secure your thumb in order to stabilize it and give it a reference location when engaging.

Top Speed

We are awestruck by our love for the Varla Eagle Pro’s top speed, especially for the price. The scooter boasts a whopping forty mph top speed, which is much higher than the average when contrasted with other scooters within the same price range. The more expensive Kaabo Mantis Pro only hits a 37 mph top speed, while the Inokim OXO, still at the higher cost, only reaches 36 mmh.

However, it also faces competition from lower-priced models like those of Wolf Warrior X Pro which manages a top speed at 43 mph, while the similarly priced Vsett 10+ reaches 43,5 mph.

In its weight class, the scooter is in a league of its own. It also compares with that of the first Dualtron Thunder.

Hill Climb

Its Varla Eagle Pro scooter is impressive for a lot of things, and hill-climbing is definitely one of the most impressive. This electric scooter can go up steep hills without losing any power, and does not seem to slow down when there are heavy riders or poor battery levels. During our 60 m hill test at a 10 percent slope, the scooter was able to maintain an average speed of 17 mph (and more than) up to around 10% charge. Varla Eagle One Pro E Scooter.

The company attributes the impressive hill-climbing ability to the strong dual motors rated at 1000 W each, with a peak power of 2600 W. Varla claims that the motors generate 36 Nm in torque. This is which is enough to push the scooter up gradients of up to 35deg.

Range

There is nothing better than good mileage on a scooter and the Varla Eagle One Pro scooter offers a decent 58 km of range tested. The only scooter that is within the $400 range from the Eagle One Pro that can surpass it in terms of range is the Wolf Warrior X Pro, which has a range tested of 41 miles. It beat other scooters that cost more, e.g., the Kaabo Mantis Pro with a 33 miles distance, Dualtron Eagle Pro at 32 miles, along with the Vsett 10+ with 33 miles.

The battery behind the range lies a high capacity, 60V 24 Ah battery that has 1440 Wh of power. It’s bigger and more efficient with 21700 cells in the battery. This is an improvement from the predecessor, called it was the Eagle One, whose battery was valued at 946 wh and had only 18650 lithium cell. Both batteries integrate smart battery management systems to preserve life. Charge the battery up to capacity takes between 8 and 9 hours however, you can get an additional charger to reduce charge time to about 4 to 5 hours.

Braking

Let’s face it; we wish all scooters had hydraulic brakes. That’s not to say that electric scooters equipped with cable brakes are dangerous or unreliable when it comes to stopping. Absolutely not. Actually, the cable brakes plus EABS in Varla Eagle Pro Varla Eagle Pro offer tested braking power that is truly remarkable and simple to set up. Varla Eagle One Pro E Scooter.

The electric scooter stops in 3 meters from an approximate speed that is 15 mph. This performance is in line with that of Vsett 10+. Vsett 10, which is 10+. Again, the Varla Eagle’s stopping power is superior to Kaabo Wolf King, the Kaabo Wolf King, Kaabo Wolf Warrior X Pro, NAMI Burn-E, as well as Nami BURN-E2.

You may not enjoy squeezing the cable-actuated levers in the Varla Eagle Pro like you would with an electric scooter with hydraulic brakes, however, the Pro’s mechanical disc brakes leave nothing on the table when it comes to performance.

The EABS stops the brakes from locking up. They are adjustable using the P-settings displayed on the display. They can be adjusted in between zero and two with 0 being a weak setting, and 2 refers to a strong setting.

Ride Quality

The ride quality is good however it’s not the best. One thing they do not talk about when talking about all-terrain e-scooters is that the primary focus should be on off-roading features.

The pneumatic road tires with no tube are excellent for comfort, particularly when driving offroad. Their tubeless nature is great to avoid pinch flats caused by rocks. But, if you’re using the scooter for use mostly on city tracks, then you’re better off changing to self-sealing, tubeless knobby tires. These will instantly increase your traction, retain your comfort, and decrease maintenance. Additionally, due to the tires and a 17 centimeter clearance on the ground, obstacles in the track will not cause damage to the underdeck

The suspension system feels rigid. The Varla Eagle Pro would benefit more from adjustable shocks, or by adjusting an existing spring with less spring force. The stiff suspension works well when handling large bumps and keeps the scooter from bottoming out. When the tracks are well maintained the suspension can feel slightly bouncy and not enough for ease of use.

The Eagle Pro also comes with an inbuilt steering damper. In high-speed along straight tracks users can enjoy a great stability. At top speed, the stability doesn’t match that offered by dual stem monsters like those on the Wolf King GT but rather feels like a Dualtron Thunder or Nami Burn equipped with a steering damper. On the downside, the damper on the steering also implies that the riders have to push harder on the handlebars when trying to negotiate turns.

The deck is another point to be concerned about. It is too short and, due to the lack of deck real estate it is a constant struggle for riders to rest their back feet on the footrest, which is not ergonomically designed. One bright spot is that the Varla Eagle Pro compensates for its poor posture with an excellently laid-out and comfortable cockpit that is comfortable on your hands. It’s designed to provide comfort and user-friendliness. Controls are also ergonomically designed and compliment the well-readable, large 9 centimeter display.

Overall, between the hefty feeling of the steering, the sporty riding stance, and the intense acceleration, the Eagle One Pro is exhilarating to ride but can also be quite workout when you’re on the road for a long time.
