Varla Eagle One after 1000 KMs Update (600 Miles)
It’s been one year since receiving the Varla Eagle One and I’ve ridden it over 600 Miles (1000 KMs) so I thought I would share what I like and don’t like about the scooter. Let me know in the comments if I missed anything and I’ll reply 🙂
The Varla Eagle One is an electric scooter that is lightweight, foldable, and offers many features. It also comes with a carrying handle that can be adjusted, making it easy to transport and store when not in use. The bike is very easy to maneuver and rides smoothly, and the dual spring suspension gives it a smooth ride. Its balance is good, even when stationary. The scooter has dual hydraulic disc brakes for smooth stops, and it has an anti-lock braking system.
The Varla Eagle One features a wide handlebar to provide the rider with an ergonomic stance. The wide handlebars also help stabilize the steering column when traveling at high speeds. The scooter is equipped with a QS-S4 LCD display and a finger throttle that makes it easy to control your speed, gear, battery life, and trip mileage. The scooter features a cruise control and kinetic braking energy conversion, which extends the range of the electric scooter.
The Varla Eagle One is easy to use, with three different modes of operation. Its motor controls are located on the left side of the handlebar. The buttons for Eco, Turbo, and Single operate on the same side as the brakes on a standard scooter. In a second, the scooter can be switched between Eco, and Single or Dual operation. The speed can be adjusted by pressing the orange and red buttons on the throttle and brake.
The Varla Eagle One scooter features a large 52V 18.2 aH Li-ion battery with a two-year warranty. Its size is similar to the Varla Ghost and Apollo, but it has a larger capacity than the latter. This feature is especially valuable in the urban environment, where the Varla Eagle One is likely to be used. The scooter also has dual hydraulic and ABS brakes for safety.
The Varla Eagle One is an entry-level superpowered scooter. Its top speed is 40 mph and it offers a 40 mile range. It is neither a commuter nor a performance scooter, but it’s in the middle and a good choice for those who need to travel for long distances. The large frame is perfect for long distance commuting, though it can be a bit heavy to maneuver, and it needs to be a stable ride.
The Varla Eagle One has a large battery, which is surprisingly large for a bike. Its battery can last for about 40 miles on a standard setting, but the distance will depend on the power settings, weight, and slope of the road. It takes nine hours to recharge, and it comes with a two-year warranty. The scooter is very easy to operate and has a hefty price. You’ll need to be careful not to put it near water.
